We offer apprenticeships which allow you to achieve a National Vocational Qualification (NVQ) and can be achieved whilst working and earning a wage.

Once you have shown that you have an aptitude for working with children we, working in conjunction with a training provider, will put you forward for an Apprenticeship.

You will be assigned a college assessor who will visit you in the setting at least once a month and will work with you and us to complete observations, assessments and to compile your portfolio of evidence. The time taken to complete an NVQ is approximately twelve months and upon completion you will receive accreditation from the awarding body for your NVQ.
